ESTADOS UNIDOS.— La noche de ayer se llevaron a cabo los esperados premios Golden Globe Awards a lo mejor del cine y la televisión del 2019, año en el que se estrenaron grandes producciones como: The Irishman, Joker, 1917, Marriage Story, entre otros.
Las cintas que ya han recibido premios en diversos festivales de cine internacionales a lo largo del año pasado, compitieron en esta gran gala que es la antesala para los premios Oscar, que se celebrarán a principios de febrero.
La gran ganadora de la noche fue la cinta dirigida por Sam Mendes, 1917, quien también recibió el galardón a Mejor Director.
Uno de los premios más esperados era el de Mejor Actor, el cual fue para el gran favorito de las masas, el actor norteamericano Joaquin Phoenix, quien diera vida a uno de los personajes icónicos del 2019: Arthur Fleck en Joker. Por su parte, el actor Brad Pitt fue el indiscutible ganador del premio a Mejor Actor de Reparto por su participación en la cinta dirigida por Quentin Tarantino, Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood.
